Privacy policy

Last updated October 9, 2026

Renoquo (renoquo.ca) is operated by Johannes Anhalt in Mississauga, Ontario. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you use Renoquo, why, who sees it, and the choices you have. We follow Canada's private-sector privacy law (PIPEDA).

What we collect

We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

How we use it

Who sees your information

Emails

When you submit a request, you agree to receive emails about that project. We don't send marketing newsletters. If we ever do, we'll ask for your consent first and every message will include a way to unsubscribe.

Private project links

Your emails contain a private link to your project page, which works without a password. Please don't forward it. If you think a link was shared by mistake, email us and we'll replace it.

How long we keep it

We keep project records for as long as we need them to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will delete everything we aren't required to keep.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent (which may mean we can't continue with your project). Email service@renoquo.ca and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
